1. Agreement to These Terms
This website is operated by SPATIUM. These Terms of Service govern your use of spatiumscents.com and purchases made through the website.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to present our products, packaging, colors, dimensions, and scent descriptions accurately. However, screen settings, production variations, and the subjective nature of scent may affect how a product is perceived.
Scent descriptions are provided as general guidance. Scent preference and natural variations in fragrance are not considered product defects.
Product availability, packaging, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit purchase quantities at any time.
3. Orders, Prices, and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase from SPATIUM. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order because of product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or suspected unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the cancelled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, payment, and shipping information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and circumstances outside SPATIUM’s reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, we will provide a revised shipment date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
5. Returns and Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
SPATIUM purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preference, change of mind, or accidental purchases.
Products that arrive damaged, are defective, or do not match the order may be eligible for replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
6. Product Use and Safety
Please read and follow all instructions and warnings provided with each product.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from drafts, combustible materials, children, and pets, and place them on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Roller products are intended for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and damaged or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
Do not ingest SPATIUM products. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
SPATIUM products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual experiences may vary.
SPATIUM is not responsible for injury or property damage resulting from product misuse or failure to follow provided instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

All content on this website—including the SPATIUM name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, text, packaging designs, and overall presentation—is owned by or licensed to SPATIUM and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
